[ORCHESTRATOR: LISTIA]

For small multi-channel sellers who are not ready for marketplace developer APIs or advanced sync tools: multimodal AI turns phone photos into structured listings, then browser automation fills the seller UIs they already use — with a human gate before publish.

Problem

Small sellers list on several marketplaces by hand. They are not on developer APIs, inventory ERPs, or advanced multi-channel stacks — so every new channel means retyping titles, attributes, and photos. Phone-to-listing does not scale without turning them into integrators.

Approach

  • Stay on the browser path: controlled DOM adapters drive seller UIs they already know — not marketplace public APIs.
  • Two enrichments: product metadata (copy, tags, text) and photo gen (studio / lifestyle / social assets from a source shot + prompt).
  • Catalog write model with channel overrides so one product can present differently per marketplace without full re-entry.
  • Least privilege on sessions; human gate before irreversible publish; clear outgrow line when API-grade sync is the right next tool.
Outcome / ROI framing

Photo → structured listing → multi-channel entry without copy-paste and without forcing small sellers into developer programs or enterprise connectors.

What shipped

Product hub packaging: architecture white paper (chassis, catalog, enrichment, browser publish), ClayUI design post, browser-execution and agents field notes. Demos and narrative for portfolio — wedge fixed on small multi-channel sellers, not advanced ops.
